Privacy policy for SICK MOBILISIS mobile application Transport manager
SICK MOBILISIS d.o.o. is the controller of personal data of users of Transport manager application and has appointed a Data Protection Officer (zastita-op@mobilisis.hr).
User of the application can register himself into application either via existing username and password which he obtained from one of the MOBILISIS fleet management solution web application or registration can be done via the application itself.
MOBILISIS Transport manager obtains the information user provide when registering with the Application. Information that is provided refers to name, e-mail, phone number, vehicle information (including registration number) and geolocation.
Geolocation data is used in order to create driving routes based on the drive itself during active work order which is started by the user of the application. This data is collected in order to create driving routes and reports of the drive. Drive summaries reports are necessary as a proof of completed work order.
Registration is mandatory and prerequisite for the use functionalities of the Applications. Any personal data collected in the course of providing services is transferred and stored in the data centres of Hrvatski telekom located in Croatia. In order to resolve issues linked to service and disputes, authorized employees of SICK MOBILISIS can access personal data.
User can contact SICK MOBILISIS Data Protection Officer regarding disputes of the personal data processing.
